scooters, roller skates and other vehicles who disregard the rules of the road.
The inspection on Vytautas Street took place on Friday evening and lasted for

bicycle riders in the carriageway drove either with the lights on or wearing a
bright, reflective vest. According to G.Kalasūnas, the
offenders were mostly justifying, not knowing that these measures were needed

course, some people drove these vehicles and had their lights turned on, ”the
official said. G.Kalasūnas pointed out that people do not distinguish the
bicycle path from the bicycle lane marked in the driveway. The latter are
subject to different requirements. There is no need to turn on the lights or
wear a bright vest during daylight hours. Selecting a lane in the carriageway
requires one or another measure. It is necessary to wear a vest with reflective
material and turn on the lights during the dark hours of the day, both
in the tracks and on the lane. G.Kalasūnas also stated that electric shields

One intoxicated cyclist was also identified. He was found to have a mild degree
of drunkenness of 0.59 per thousand. Another had also consumed alcohol, but
