All this makes it difficult to maintain optimal body temperature and comfort. You must also remember about the increased risk of catching a cold. Over the next few months, you cannot count on running on warm sunny days. What awaits us is fighting with the wind, cold and training in the dark. Increasingly shorter days, rains and low temperatures are heralds of upcoming weather changes, which must be properly prepared. Unfortunately, before we go to the training, we will be forced to wear a lot of clothing. Undervaluation of a new rival, who is active especially during this period - talk about the wind - can cause quite trouble. Weakness, runny nose, fever are signs of a cold. Neglecting the first symptoms can lead to flu, which will exclude us from regular training for longer.

We all remember this time when we wanted to go out for training, we only put on running shoes, and a short T-shirt, shorts, safety vest and we took our favorite music and went out. On the one hand, it is a difficult moment to maintain motivation to run, but on the other, when looking at spring starts, you need to maintain the form and consistently implement the training plan. It is impossible to give up running through bad weather, and in the spring to take off with full force and fight for platinum. We drank a little bit over the next few months, but the autumn-winter period also provides amazing views of the nature that surrounds us. The appearance of greenery changes quickly, which at this time takes on the most beautiful colors. We can admire almost a full palette of colors. Communing with such beauty fills with a great inner peace, but also with faith in one's own abilities. Since we are sticking to regular training, we are not afraid of strong wind, and cold, will something be able to stop us? It feels beautiful when the weather is raging outside the window, we are going to the training, and we are coming back happy.

The goal for the coming weeks will be to maintain the form and avoid colds. To do this we will need safety clothing for cool and windy days. A special one, designed for difficult weather conditions, will support us even in extreme moments of training. Special because it should be designed for people practicing sports in unfavorable weather conditions. Often, at this time of year you can come across runners who train in cotton clothing. The top cotton set is a T-shirt, a thick sweatshirt with a large hood and loose pants. Setting up such a set of clothes will be the first step to increase the risk of catching a cold. We should not consider cotton at all, when the temperature outside the window drops to a few degrees on the plus side, and it still blows strongly. Cotton clothing does not provide the appropriate breathability - after a few minutes, our shirt will be wet, and in sensitive places, the material will start to rub the body. To top it all, cotton does not protect from the penetrating wind. Even the opposite, wearing wet clothing, we will feel more of a low temperature. Moreover, if it starts to rain, the cotton sweatshirt will quickly accumulate water and get heavier and heavier. There is no reason to risk losing the continuity of training by improperly good clothing.
