The Mexican reflective vest that will give security to cyclists

More and more people are convinced that before the traffic of the big cities, the bicycle is an alternative transport that can help them to make less time in their journeys. However, being a cyclist in a big city is also a danger because many do not respect you.

With this premise, a group of students from the UNAM invented a reflective product to help cyclists to be more visible to the cars when they ride a bicycle. In addition, is that cyclists especially at night, not usually seeing themselves in the streets and although some people put lights on their bikes, it is not enough.

For this reason, they created the TUIBO safety vest, which comes in various colors and to which a T-shaped device is inserted, with which you can emit traffic signals in the style of cars through LED lights.

Among the signs are the directional, the intermittent, among others, for example, if you are braking, the rear lights of the vest will twinkle. TUIBO protects the control with a lining and connects it to the device in the reflective clothing via Bluetooth.

TUIBO is not yet for sale, as it is in the Kick-starter fundraiser to be able to obtain financing. The inventors need 40 thousand dollars and the minimum contribution is 79 green tickets. The approximate delivery will be in December of this year and will be sent to the whole world.
